Dr. Ma. Encarnita B. Limpin, executive director of Framework Convention Alliance on Tobacco Control, Philippines (“FCAP”) who delivered her keynote address on the said ceremony emphasized that there are too many people suffering from lung cancer because of the effects of tobacco.
