Executive Order No. 38 issued by the provincial governor re-extends the period of Modified General Community Quarantine in the City of Tacurong and whole Province of Sultan Kudarat from July 1-15, 2020. (Most of the guidelines in the previous EO 37 are still being enforced.)

SOME HIGHLIGHTS:

📌Senior citizens, minors, pregnant women, and individuals with severe underlying medical conditions are still NOT ALLOWED outside their residence unless the travel is essential.

📌The following establishments are still NOT ALLOWED to operate: recreation & sports facilities, cockpits, movie houses, billiard halls, internet cafes, bars & beerhouses, sauna baths & massage parlors, fitness gyms, and other entertainment & amusement sites.

📌Establishments that are allowed to open must operate at 50% operational capacity.

📌No ID, No Entry Policy upon entering Tacurong City and any town in the province of Sultan Kudarat is still in effect. Uniformed personnel are still present at check points to monitor entry and exit of individuals and vehicles.

📌Transport coding or odd-even scheme for tricycles plying as public transport is still being implemented.

📌Public transport and private vehicles must maintain reduced passenger capacity. Vehicles for public transport from outside Sultan Kudarat may be allowed entry provided it is from point to point or terminal to terminal. They can drop passengers along the way but picking up passengers is prohibited.

📌VEHICLES BEARING FOOD STICKERS OR FOOD PASSES ARE REQUIRED TO PRESENT THEIR BUSINESS PERMITS AT THE CHECK POINTS.

📌Wearing of face masks is still mandatory.

📌Physical distancing & other health protocols must still be strictly observed.

📌Protocols in receiving locally stranded individuals and returning OFWs are in place. Isolation facilities of LGUs must be strengthened by providing enough manpower for their operations. The LDRRM OFFICER WILL SERVE AS SUPERVISING OFFICIAL OF ISOLATION FACILITIES.

📌Contact tracing is still being strengthened. PUROK PRESIDENTS ARE INCLUDED AS MEMBERS OF BHERTS. Establishments are mandated to require their customers to record in a logbook their names, contact numbers, and other details.

📌Curfew hours: 9:00PM-4:00AM.

📌LIQUOR BAN IS LIFTED.
