The plan to conduct of a management audit was the sole agenda of Mayor Roncal Montilla’s first Executive Meeting with heads of LGU offices on July 17, 2019.

Management audit is an assessment of an organization’s methods and policies in the use of its human and physical resources. It primarily aims to improve the performance of the organization as a whole.

Upon assuming his office, Mayor Montilla stressed the need for a management audit for him to be appraised of the current structure of the organization and institute change where it is needed.

At said meeting, Human Resource Managament Officer Elsa Indanao discussed the concepts of personnel mapping and performance monitoring as tools in determining how human resources are being utilized in the workplace.

It aims to know what office lacks the necessary employees or what office has employees performing overlapping functions.

“Igasiguro naton nga ang sweldo sang kada empleyado ang pagakambyuhan sang ensakto nga serbisyo”, the mayor said.
