Job Summary: Maintains the leave records of employees and reports of incidents

Duties and Responsibilities

35% Checks DTRs and computes as to incurred tardiness/undertime of employees

20% Prepares reports of tardiness and undertime of employees

15% Prepares quarterly reports of attendance of health personnel intended for their claims of subsistence allowance

15% Prepares certifications such as leave credits

10% Prepares reports of employees’ leave absences for budgeting purposes

5% Does other related work

ADMINISTRATIVE SECTION
The Administrative Section provides administrative, clerical and general services needed to carryout leadership and development activities of the office.
JOB SUMMARY: Takes charge in the operation of the Administrative Section and supervises staff in their assigned duties and functions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

25% Examines and verifies legality, propriety and accuracy of computations of payroll and remittances and proper classification;
20% Reconciles all remittances with source documents;
20% Computes withholding taxes of all employees (Regular, Casual and Job Order);
15% Prepares report to the BIR for alphalist of employees and Certificate of Compensation Payment or BIR Form 2316 and 2307 for all employees;
10% Prepares net take home pay certification for GSIS, Pag-Ibig Fund payment and other loans;
10% Takes charge in monitoring and compliance of personnel related matters.

JOB SUMMARY: Issues cash tickets on ambulant vendors inside and outside public market.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
50% Issues cash tickets on ambulant vendors inside and outside public market;
35%  Collects market fees, penalties and rents charged for the occupation of stalls, tiendas and market lots and other dues in the counter and the field;
10%  Remits daily all collections to the City Treasurer or any authorized personnel of the Treasury Office; and
5%     Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.

20% Takes charge in the procurement of supplies and other documents including claims for unforeseen activities;

20% Prepares simple and difficult communications as per instruction from higher supervisor;

20% Facilitates in the preparation of travel claims of HRM personnel and liquidates the same after travel;

15% Takes charge in the preparation and documentation of retirement programs, CSC months celebration and other similar activities; and

5% Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
