Administrative Section – Office of the Accounting & Internal Audit Services
The Administrative Section provides administrative, clerical and general services needed to carryout leadership and development activities of the office.
JOB SUMMARY: Takes charge in the operation of the Administrative Section and supervises staff in their assigned duties and functions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
25% Examines and verifies legality, propriety and accuracy of computations of payroll and remittances and proper classification;
20% Reconciles all remittances with source documents;
20% Computes withholding taxes of all employees (Regular, Casual and Job Order);
15% Prepares report to the BIR for alphalist of employees and Certificate of Compensation Payment or BIR Form 2316 and 2307 for all employees;
10% Prepares net take home pay certification for GSIS, Pag-Ibig Fund payment and other loans;
10% Takes charge in monitoring and compliance of personnel related matters.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree
EXPERIENCE: One (1) year of relevant experience
TRAINING: Four (4) hours of relevant training
