Under immediate supervision, takes charge of leave administration and employees welfare and benefits / incentives.

Job Summary: Maintains the leave records of employees and reports of incidents

Duties and Responsibilities

35% Checks DTRs and computes as to incurred tardiness/undertime of employees

20% Prepares reports of tardiness and undertime of employees

15% Prepares quarterly reports of attendance of health personnel intended for their claims of subsistence allowance

15% Prepares certifications such as leave credits

10% Prepares reports of employees’ leave absences for budgeting purposes

5% Does other related work

EDUCATION:   Bachelor’s Degree
EXPERIENCE: None required
TRAINING: None required
ELIGIBILITY: CS Professional

Must have good judgment and analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and oral and written communication skills.
Must be computer-literate.
